Smart Solutions International (SSI) is an authorized IBM Cognos Reseller / Distributor for the Caribbean and Florida and authorized Infor SmartStream & Infor Performance Management Reseller / Distributor for the Caribbean. Based in Boca Raton Florida, SSI has been working in the region since 1995 implementing Infor enterprise applications which included Cognos Business Intelligence solutions. In 2003, SSI became the IBM Cognos reseller for the Caribbean, reporting to the Latin America headquarters of IBM Cognos, based in Miami. Since that time, SSI has been recognized with several awards, including achieving Platinum Reseller status.

Smart Solutions International L.P. is the parent organization of SSI (Barbados) Inc. and SSI Canada Inc. The core management team is overseen by the Managing Director, and includes the Director of Professional Services, Director of Sales, Customer Service Manager, and the Administrative Manager. Within the company, a total of five individuals are dedicated to Sales. The Director of Professional Services oversees an IBM Cognos practice with approximately eight or more consultants and an Infor Services practice that normally includes up to ten consultants.
